5. Bajra Aloo Roti
If you want to eat the finest Roti’s, then there’s nothing better than Bajra Aloo Roti. It’s prepared with the mixture of Bajra flour, mashed potatoes, onions, ginger garlic paste, garam masala and coriander leaves to garnish it. 9. Alsi Ki Pinni
Pinni is usually very famous sweet of Cuisine of Punjab, but in Haryana, Kalsi ki Pinni is very famous. It’s prepared with Alsi (Lin Seed), whole wheat flour, ghee, sugar, nuts and cardamom powder. This healthy sweet of Haryana is unarguably the sweetest sweet of the cuisine.
