- 500 gms bhindi (washed and opening in the middle)
- 2 onions (cut)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp amchur powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- salt to taste
- cooking oil
Step by step instructions to make bhindi fry:
- Take the opened bhindis and stuff turmeric powder,amchur powder,coriander powder, garam masala and salt in it and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.Add cut onions and fry till golden brown color.
- Now add the stuffed bhindi and fry till they are done and become crispy.
- Serve hot with chapatis
