1. Amritsari Jalebi

2. Khoya Barfi
Khoya is a dairy product, made with dried whole milk and for Khoya Barfi, fruit pulp or coconut shavings are added in Khoya and cooked it slowly to make it moisture free. Khoya Barfi is a must try dessert of Punjab as it tastes so delicious.
